Souvenir tee repurpose

I was decluttering at my parents’ house and found this tee shirt from our first Carribbean cruise in 1990! The shirt has been well loved, I couldn’t bear to throw out a perfectly good map of Martinique.

Being a crafty hoarder person, I have many supplies at my disposal. 😇 This 12” embroidery hoop turned out to be the perfect frame. 

Center the frame over the area, separate the rings, putting the smaller one beneath. Make sure the knob is centered: you can use it to hang your masterpiece. 

Trim away the excess fabric with sharp shears.
