La Chandeleur---Candlemas in France

I love the idea of la Chandeleur, like all major holidays, it's a marriage of my Roman Catholic faith and food. As is typical of the French, the religious overtones are now muted.

I like to start with a collage of images relating to the day. A coloring page or something like this can sparks a brainstorm:
